FOUNDER
A compassionate and energetic attorney who relishes helping families of all income levels in Somerville and surrounding communities to find creative solutions for difficult legal situations. He has successfully represented clients in complex international and interstate removal actions and custody disputes.
Mr. Nissenbaum received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut before pursuing his law degree at the Suffolk University Law School, graduating with dean’s list honors and as a participant in the school’s pro bono program. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Nissenbaum worked as an associate at a family law firm. He is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Massachusetts.
Mr. Nissenbaum enjoys contributing to his community and his profession. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Section of Family Law.
Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his family and is a soccer referee for adult, college and high school soccer leagues.
